QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a high school diploma with at least one-year experience of administrative or secretarial work.
Must have strong organizational and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology. The Administrative Assistant must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Must be friendly, helpful, and customer service oriented.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Administrative Assistant position supports the daily operations of our organization. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating and conducting organizational trainings, facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, and welcoming and directing visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains trainings for all staff.
Assist HR Manager in onboarding all employees.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Provides clerical support to the HR department.
Assists with planning and executing staff quarterly meetings which can include facilitating trainings.
Act as receptionist for Remur Young.
Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Must be highly organized in order to maintain and index sensitive files and documents both electronic, hard copies and contracts.
