The course will also allow owners to evaluate their HR practices while challenging them to create best practices that will get the results they desire when it comes to hiring.\n\n\n\nCourse Outline\n\nDiscussion will include:\n\n*Creating a culture that includes clear vision\, mission\, and core values that people want to be a part of.\n\n*Creating an environment that will reduce turnover and increase morale.\n\n\n\nLearner Outcomes\n\nAttendees will gain an understanding of: \n\n*How to attract\, retain\, and sustain a team.\n\n*Best practices for hiring employees.\n\n\n\nNotes\n\n\n\nA Public Service and Outreach Unit of the University of Georgia. Funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. All programs of the UGA SBDC are open to the public on a non-discriminatory basis.
