History Excursion to Quitman

Hit the road with the Thomasville History Center on March 14 as we launch our 2026 Excursions series with a day trip to Quitman, Georgia. Explore historic towns of Old Thomas County, go behind the scenes of churches and homes, and discover what makes our region unique—alongside fellow history lovers.

Transportation is provided, with the option to drive separately if preferred. Lunch is not included. Tickets are available for purchase online, and a detailed itinerary will be shared with registered participants closer to the excursion date.
