Mike Rowe said it best, “no attempt to close the skills gap will ever succeed until or unless we celebrate those who are willing to learn a skill that’s in demand.”
Project Purpose is a collaborative effort between the Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce, Evoqua Water Technologies, the Thomasville Payroll Development Authority, Thomas County Central High School, Thomasville High School and Southern Regional Technical College that was established to work towards closing the skills gap in Thomas County, Georgia. Project Purpose was developed to capture high school seniors with no direct path after graduation, providing a potential opportunity for employment within Evoqua Water Technologies.
Please join us as we celebrate local high school talent gaining the skills in demand for our business community!
