Customer Service Representative

Diversified Benefits Administrators is a well-established third-party administrator of group health insurance, and we are seeking a full-time employee to provide first-rate support for our clients, members, providers, vendors, and team. You must have experience working in Microsoft Office and maintain a friendly and helpful disposition throughout your shift. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, friendly, intelligent, dependable, flexible, a problem solver, and organized. Strong attention to detail is a must, along with proactive follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond timely to incoming calls utilizing multi-line phone system
• Communicate clearly and effectively to identify problems and assist in creating and implementing solutions
• Track and document caller inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered
• Accurately present policy, coverage, and payment information
• Prepare and send timely client communications, via fax, mail, and/or email
• Collaborate, upholding team culture and professional business relationships
• Operate computer and scanning equipment
• Utilize software programs to create, send, edit, reformat, and/or organize electronic files and record
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor
