Office Administrator

Skill Requirements: Excellent communication skills, customer service focus, organizational and computer skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, maintains confidence with a professional attitude.
 

  1. Greet and assist all incoming visitors to Imagine Thomasville.
  2. Answer all incoming calls and delegate accordingly.
  3. Maintain voicemails and delegate accordingly.  
  4. Responsible for ensuring facility is always clean including kitchen, restrooms, offices; maintain indoor plant waterings.
  5. Maintain the brochure/flyer wall with local business information.
  6. Manage office supply inventory and report to Operations Director.
  7. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and distribute accordingly.
  8. Assist with mass mailings including invoices, statements, projects, events, and programs.
  9. Assist with and maintain facility rentals.
  10. Create and mail all new member Thank you notes, Anniversary Cards, Membership Decals etc.
  11. Assist with organizational needs of programs and events.
  12. Assist Executive Director of Chamber, Payroll Development Authority, Operations Director, and Director of Development with tasks as needed.
  13. Other duties as assigned.
 
The office administrator will report directly to the Operations Director as a part-time hourly employee. The pay is $12/hr. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM with a 30 min lunch. Some evening work may be required.
