Position Summary
The Scanning Associate plays a vital role in our document conversion process by preparing, scanning, and indexing client records to ensure high-quality digital images and accurate organization of information. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, teamwork, and a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare paper records for scanning (removing staples, sorting, organizing)
• Operate scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality digital files
• Review scanned images for clarity and accuracy
• Index digital files using internal systems to ensure correct retrieval and organization
• Follow company procedures and confidentiality standards (HIPAA, NAID, etc.)

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled in high school)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs. and work in warehouse or office environments
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft, Adobe, or similar software preferred)
