  • Researching items to identify key details and features

  • Photographing items for online auction listings

  • Writing clear, accurate item descriptions

  • Working on-site at various project locations as well as in galleries or warehouses

  • Interacting professionally with clients and team members

  • Occasionally assisting with auction loadouts and pickup days

No two projects are the same, and variety is a defining part of this role.

  • People-focused, professional, and respectful

  • Comfortable with basic technology (computers, typing, photography, learning new systems)

  • Reliable and dependable, with strong follow-through

  • Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment

Experience with photography, antiques, collectibles, or research is a plus, but not required.
