Maintenance Technician - Lasso Communities

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with plumbing and/or electrical certifications to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance across our communities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both routine and emergency work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing and/or electrical repairs and maintenance across our properties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Respond to on-call requests (minimum required hours to start).
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth facility operations.

Requirements:

• Valid plumbing and/or electrical certifications.
• Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role required
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly.
• Must be available for on-call hours as required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $18-$20/hr with potential for growth based on performance.
