LCSW, LPC or LMFT - Independent Contractor to join our Group Practice!

Align Wellness Solutions is hiring a fully licensed clinician to join our group practice. This position has the benefits of private practice - flexible scheduling, controlling your own caseload, work/life balance - while we handle some of the headaches - running the business side of things, dealing with insurance claims, the financial risk of entrepreneurship. We are looking for:
- Fully licensed clinicians, so we can add you to our insurance panels
- Folks who align with our vision, values and vibe
- Self-directed and well-organized folks who thrive working independently
- Tech-savvy folks who can work comfortably with an electronic health record

Our current in-network clinicians have full caseloads and we have a steady stream of client inquiries. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to start part-time, and then grow their work with our practice into a pathway out of agency employment. Most of our full-time clinicians see 20-25 clients per week. Pay is based on the number of clients seen, and can range from $43-90 per session within the first year with us.
