ABOUT
Presented by Imagine Thomasville, in partnership with New Hire Solutions and Southern Regional Technical College, Project Purpose is a workforce initiative focused on connecting business (employers) to job seekers and students.
OBJECTIVES
- Expand Project Purpose to better demonstrate the scope of Thomas County's workforce opportunities.
- Collaborate with education, business and industry to encourage interactive demonstrations.
- Match local employers to job seekers.
- Serve as an annual career fair for local school systems, connecting students to business community.
- Promote work as a purpose, not just a place.
- Celebrate job seekers willing to gain the skill sets in demand.
- Build upon in future years as a premier fundraiser for Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce.

- Applications open ASAP
- Applications due March 31
- Promote event March & April
- Set up on April 27
- Event on April 28
- Break down on April 29
- Wrap up meeting in May
- Signing Day celebrations TBD

Project Purpose Career Fair will take place on April 28th. Students will be coming from 8 AM-12 PM and the event will be open to Job Seekers from 2 PM - 6 PM.
