Daily Task
- Work with both crews in the community
- Complete documentation on Individuals
- Complete work production on Individuals
- Check documentation to ensure its in and error free
- Checking Source America for trainings that relates to contract work and Executive Order 14026 or 13658 Wage Determinations and schedule those trainings for the team.
- Check production sheets to ensure all work is recorded and no errors
- Complete input of billing payments received from customers
- Complete payroll process for people in service
- Complete schedules for yard and project contract
- Complete Aging report
- Complete billing invoice process for payment
- Communicate with Support Coordinator about Individuals progress
- Assist with CAI and CAG
- At the end of each month check the equipment book to ensure both Supervisors are recording information daily after operating the equipment
- Assist with completing bids on new yards
- Complete Fire and Disaster drills (Building A)
- Complete Facility Maintenance Inspection Form
- Assist with completing work Supply Inventory Form
- Complete Nish Report
- Complete Work Survey
- After purchasing new equipment, read up on the information and highlight the information and ask both Supervisor to read the information
- Complete Wage Determinations
- Complete W2 and 1099 forms
- Pull information for Source America Regulatory Review
- Pull Information for Audit
- Effective communication via face to face, text, email and phone calls on a daily basis with;
- Staff
- Individuals
- Customers
- Family members
- Support Coordinators
